Shipping
We will use reasonable efforts to ensure that delivery ; in France by Chronopost with declared value within the estimated delivery time from the date of our written Order and Shipping Confirmation, and abroad with our partner carrier in the same manner and in all cases within thirty (30) days from that date, unless your purchase is for a product or service that will require additional delivery time as we have explained to you, for example in the case of products or services that we customize or manufacture to your specifications.
If delivery of products is delayed by an event beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and use all reasonable efforts to minimize the impact of the delay. If we do not deliver within thirty (30) days of the date of the written Order and Shipping Confirmation or such other period as we may specify, you may contact Customer Services to cancel the relevant order and obtain a refund of any sums you have paid to us on account in respect of any Products you have not received.
In all cases, your right to cancel an order and receive a refund of the sums you have paid to us on account of any products you have not received is your sole remedy if we fail to deliver the relevant order.
When assessing your delivery time, please take into account the time taken for payment approval, address verification, security checks and order processing. Please note that delivery is always subject to receipt of your full payment.
We will require a handwritten or electronic signature from you, or anyone at the specified delivery address (unless you make other arrangements), to confirm delivery of each product, after which risk and responsibility for the products you have purchased passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery (e.g., a gift), you understand and agree that a signature by such recipient (or by a person at the delivery address) constitutes proof of delivery and fulfillment of the contract of sale by Naló Joaillerie, implying a transfer of responsibility to the recipient's address as if the product had been delivered to you. For certain categories of products, we reserve the right to deliver with signed receipt, the products only to the person who is the intended recipient of the order as indicated on the package label.
