Our brand NALÓ was born at the end of the first containment in September 2020, we made the choice to sell our creations only online for ecological and economic reasons.

• As a creative craftsman, our wish is nevertheless to remain as close to our customers and as accessible as possible; thus we are at your disposal by e-mail on nalojoaillerie@gmail.com as well as by phone (see service clientèle) to answer all your questions concerning our creations and your orders.

• For those who wish it, we propose you appointments in video call until we can receive you physically, when the sanitary crisis will have dissipated.

• We actively take into account the environmental, social, economic and ethical stakes of our activity, which is why our workshop manufactures our creations to order. This implies a manufacturing time of two to three weeks.We do everything possible to ensure that this deadline is met. This delay is also incompressible in view of the verification and validation of the quality and conformity of all our jewelry and components.
  

• All the diamonds of NALÓ Joaillerie creations do not go below G color and VS2 clarity. Our jewelry is accompanied by a certificate of guarantee and the stones over 0.35ct are certified by GIA, HRD or IGI. (See "the 4C's of diamond")
